Electronic Tensioner with High Precision (Automatic Tension Controller) :

Coil winding electronics Tensioner ETC Series is newly developed by QIANHE. 
By inter grating the electronic system and non-contact breaking design. 

There is barely any contact in the core mechanism of the main tension wheel, 

except the connecting bearing. This combination provide smooth, stable and 

consistence tension provide smooth, stable and consistence tension, even in high speed

 winding. The non contact designs also reduce wear and tear of most of the critical components

 as to cut down maintenance cost. 

All ETC comes with "Auto Tension Fine Tuning System". By sensing the movement of 

The tension arm, the control system will fine tuning the tension automatically. 

Control system are packed with in the body. 
ETC series is solid and compact in design. It operates with DC24V electric power. 
ETC series also comes with wire jump prevention and wire breakage detection.
